Post setting bar (right side) hidden by the Layout Elements bar – can’t change

  The post setting bar on the right column is hidden by the layout elements bar and I cannot scroll to the top of it to change the date of the post.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I found the solution to be to switch to default editor and then you can access the top of the Post bar in the right column.
