Post slider

  Despite reading the instructions, I cannot for the life figure out how to set the post slider on my blog: theobengfamilyinbamako.wordpress.com. It’s starting to drive me crazy. Please help!

  To add posts to the slider (which is part of the Showcase page template), mark some posts as Sticky. If you’d like Featured Images to appear inside the slider with your posts, make sure they are at least 180 pixels wide. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/splendio/

  To use the Showcase template, create or edit a page, and assign it to the “Showcase” template from the Page Attributes module. If you’d like use the Showcase template on your front page, go to Settings → Reading and set the “Home Page” option to “Static Page”.   Featured images will appear above the post on the regular blog view and fill the maximum width of the content area.
