Hello @electrogsm,
Can you please tell us, for which site you are looking for help?
Is it http://jedzmy-zdrowo.pl/
or
http://plandroid.wordpress.com/?If it is http://jedzmy-zdrowo.pl/, then i am sorry… you have posted your issue in the wrong forum. Because that site is using WordPress.ORG and it is hosted elsewhere. This forum only supports the sites hosted on WordPress.COM(like your WordPress.COM site http://plandroid.wordpress.com/) and not WordPress.ORG.
Both are different products. You can find out the differences between them here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
To get help in resolving your issue, post your question on the WordPress.ORG support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/
Thanks.

I think you mean sitelinks. There isn’t a way to force Google to show them:

But there’s some best practices you can follow to increases the likelihood of them being shown.

Sorry for this one http://jedzmy-zdrowo.pl/ i have no idea how to remove this sentence with link below my post.

@electrogsm – No worries. As @otpidusprime mentioned, help for sites using the standalone WP (org) software like your site at jedzmy-zdrowo.pl can be found at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page and https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.
If you have any further questions about your self-hosted site, please post there.
Good luck and best wishes.
