Post submission date is wrong – its set in the past.

my post submission date is wrong – it is displayed as 20 April 2011 when I posted today at 21 April 2013. Help please!

You can change the date on any post by going to your post’s editing page. At the top on the right side is a Publish box. It will show a “Published on” date. You can change that date and time to anything you want. If you change it to a future date, the post will not appear until then. Be sure to click “Update” after you change the date.

Though you are not scheduling a post the second image here http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/schedule-a-post/ will show you where to click to edit a datestamp.
Please also confirm your timezone and date are correctly set. The default timezone is UTC time. You can reset your timezone here > Settings > General Select the closest city to you in the same timezone in the drop-down menu you see there and then click “save changes”.
