    Is there a way I can include the exact number of tags I want in the Tag Cloud? And does use of tags help in seo?
    I feel having all my tags on front page doesn’t look tidy at all, and maybe search engines think the same way.

    No there isn’t. The Tag Clud widget will display 45 most used tags on your blog. No tag clouds do not help with SEO. They are a way for your readers to locate associated posts in your blog. We don’t need to tag at all for search engine purposes. Search spiders detect keywords in our text, and if we choose to tag or assign categories and they aren’t reflected in the text search spiders detect that.
