  Hi guys, another noob post, is it true that I cannot have a post teaser on my home page? When someone clicks the home page I’d prefer it only to show snippets of each post, not the entire thing. Can I change this in wordpress.com? Or is this only for wordpress.org?

  You can split content in posts and pages in several ways and the one you describe is the mocst common. You insert “the more tag” into your posts and you can customize the wording too.
