  Can I select a post that could always stay on top of my blog? Where can I choose this option from?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can make a post sticky in the post edit screen: http://support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/

  I’m still stuck with it. I want to know where can I get this option from the admin menu. Which one I need to click to reach this option?

  When you’re on the screen where you type the post, look on the right in the ‘Publish’ box. Click “Visibility: Public” and select the ‘Sticky’ box.
