Post Timing Out

  Most all of the time that I try to save or publish a post, it times out before it can save. I have talked to our system administrator here and he has removed any limitations on our end. So I am left to believe that it is a wordpress.com issue. Slow servers? Does anyone know if there is a better/best time to post content when it will not time out? It’s getting really frustrating. Also, I use Firefox for a browser, but the issue happens with IE as well.

  I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad new, but having looked at your site linked through your profile I am not certain that you’re hosted at wp.com. Can you give a link to your blog please?

  Usually this sort of thing occurs due to either a slow ‘net connection or a proxy server/monitoring server that checks everything outbound. I regularly get this problem at work, but never at home.
