Post title alignment

i post in a right to to left hand language, so can some one tell me how to align titles of the post right to left,

There are 2 places to set the language on your blog:
Dashboard —> Settings —> General —> “Language this blog is primarily written in.”
—> updateDashboard —> Profile —> Interface language —> update

The theme you’re using does support rtl formatting, so your titles should be right aligned if you have selected a rtl language in Settings>General: Language.
Sorry I’m not familiar with the language: is it Pashto? I tried setting it in my test blog, and the formatting doesn’t change (although it does if I switch to, say, Arabic). If you are indeed talking about Pashto, you should report that to staff so they fix it:
