Post title interfering with Pages text
-
what code do I need to insert to get the “Authors” heading to stop mixing with my individual post heading? Example here: http://portsidestandard.com/2013/04/12/surprising-win-for-local-zombie-at-1st-annual-human-eating-competition/
Thanks so much in advance for the help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You mean what code to remove. This is happening because you’ve added this:
.post-content { margin-top: -60px !important; }If you remove this, you’ll also need to add this (otherwise you’ll see a border running across the top menu):
.single .hentry { border-top: medium none; } -

Oh, you know what, it was because on the main page, I was trying to shorted the space between the date of the post, and the headline of the post (why is there so much space there?)
-
I see. But you used a selector that applies to dynamic pages as well as the single post view, while the single post view doesn’t have all that space.
To decrease the space on dynamic pages, try this:.post-date ~ .post-content { margin-top: -60px; }There’s also another thing you haven’t taken into account; check what’s happening on category or tag pages:

What would you like to do about it? -
GOD. Ideally, I would just like to get rid of the “Authors” page bar at the top (thanks for the heads up, btw).
