    My post titles stopped showing on the head after the last WordPress Auto update

    Hi there,

    I checked your site and although it is connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack unfortunately we cannot help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we cannot take a closer look.

    The good news is that because your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is available at the forums here:

    The folks in the open-source forum are more familiar with these issues and are in the best position to help. I hope this points you in the right direction.

    I don’t think you understand me, I wish I can send a screenshot.

    On the title bar, after writing the written words don’t stay, it goes off if the page is reloaded and the title never shows if uploaded. and again if I switch from the main editor to the code editor the already written title text automatically goes off. Please help

    I think there’s some confusion here. There are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

    Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re unable to help you. Since you’re using the WordPress software but hosted elsewhere, you will need to reach out to your hosting provider or the WordPress.org community for guidance:
