Post Title showing in first sentence of excerpt

The blog is located on https://meetmebymainstreet.com through WordPress. For some reason each post title is now showing up in the first sentence of the post excerpt. The title does not show up in the post content in the actual blog post. What do I need to do to remove this title from my excerpt content.
