Post Title Text and Main Content Background Display

    I am trying to display the post title image over the featured image. Do I need to update this on the CSS or can this be done on the admin section?

    I am trying to change the colour of the main site content background. I cannot find the the Editor page under Appearances. Why is this page not available?
