Post titles not appearing in reader

My post titles are not appearing in the reader

Hi there – They are appearing for me. Can you please give me one or two examples of specific posts that you don’t see in your Reader? And can you please clarify if the posts are missing from the Reader itself, or from one of the Reader topics pages here: http://wordpress.com/tags
If the topics pages, let me know which tags/categories it’s not showing up in. Thanks!

It seems like the last several. Today’s “Brasserie Dieu du Ciel Aprodisiaque ‘Aprodite'” didn’t show a title in the main “reader” for “blogs I follow” (i follow my own blog to see how it appears to others) as well as the specific “tag” lists. I’ve noticed this a few times on my last several posts. However, the one I just posted DOES show the title across all lists.

Hi there – I see what you mean. This is happening because in those posts, the titles for your images (which are the first thing in the post) are the exact same as your post titles. The Reader checks the first lines of each post for a duplicate of the title text, so it’s thinking that the title is in the first line and is thus not displaying it.
To get around this, just make the title for your images somewhat different from the post title; for example: Photo: Brasserie Dieu du Ciel Aphrodisiaque “Aphrodite”
