Post titles not showing properly when readers sumbit to sites like Stumbleupon

Hi there,
Many of my readers submit my content to outside services such as Stumbleupon, Twitter etc. It seems that when they submit a post the post title does not come up, only the following info “wanasmile.com”. Does anyone know what I need to do to get the actual title to show up, followed by my domain name? I currently use a plugin called Greg’s High Performance SEO. I’m not a pro at configuring these SEO things, so I’m wondering if anyone could tell me if there is a setting I need to change or anything like that so my website communicates information correctly to outside services like Stumbleupon? Any advice would be much appreciated!
