post to a menu

  i made different menu options (food, world.. ect)
  how do i post only world things to world, and food things to food.
  when i post, it goes to all of those menu options i created ?

  First create categories named food, world, etc. Here is how to create categories: https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/#adding-categories-via-the-dashboard

  Then created category pages and add the categories to your menu. This support guide explains how: https://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/view-all/
