Post to a page

I am not a bad person. All I want to do is be able to place my posts on different pages. I am 100% sure it can be done, but I have found internet instructions (including those from your website) to be astonishingly inscrutable.

Is there anyway someone might be able to share a aqua, crystal clear description of how to do this simple function?

I am no web designer, but my recommendation would be a simple drop down tap that reads “On which page would you like to place this post” Such an option would make wordpress a far more dynamic service and people could post in different pages, and would save poor idiots like me a great deal of stress.

Any advice, to the degree that it is aqua clear, would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Sam

  • Pages are a form of content, like posts, so they can’t actually contain posts.

Instead, I recommend using your categories and category archive pages.

  • It can be done on self-hosted WordPress.org blogs, but not WordPress.com blogs.
