  Is it possible to publish a post to one person only?

  Hi there,

  If your site is otherwise public (so anyone can visit) there is not really a way to do that. Any post you publish will be visible to all. However you may want to password protect the post so only someone with the password can read it.

  For anyone that does not have the password, they would be able to see the title of the post only, but not the contents. They would need a password to see anything inside the post beyond the title: https://wordpress.com/support/post-and-page-visibility/#changing-visibility
