  Is there a way to convert an old post to a page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Copy and paste, and I would not get rid of the post, but delete everything in it and put a notice that it has been moved to a page and give a link to the page. That way the post will not have 404 errors in the search engines and people coming to the post will still be able to find the content.
