Post Too Long, Won't Save

    I’m having an issue making a large post. Right now the post is split to 2 pages and is about 2500 characters. When I add a 3rd page which brings the total to about 3100 characters and try to save it, it will refresh the page but not save the changes, it brings me back to the 2 pages at 2500. It seems as though I can’t go over 3000 characters.

    I’ve searched extensively on this topic and have tried many things, such as:

    Adding:

    ini_set(‘pcre.recursion_limit’,20000000);
    ini_set(‘pcre.backtrack_limit’,10000000);

    Increasing PHP memory limit and max post limit

    Inserting this in .htacess:

    <IfModule mod_security.c>
    SecFilterEngine Off
    SecFilterScanPOST Off
    </IfModule>

    Any other ideas?
