Post Toolbar not Loading proper

  I just set up a new blog (engaged spectator).But when I login and go to post the toolbar only shows up as letters the symbols for inserting link etc, do not function as they should
  they look like this:

  b i link b-quotes del ins img ul ol li code more lookup close Tag

  I can still post but when I use any of the toolbar functions they show up in my post.Nor do they function as they should

  Have you gone to the profile and ticked “Use Visual Editor”?

  I just did,its working now.Thanks.uhmmm learn something knew every day.I don’t know how the box got unchecked nor that it even existed.Anyway thanks

  I’m sitting here beating up Hobgoblins in Runescape looking for Limpwurt root actually. It’s raining and I don’t want to walk home yet.
