"post updated" notification

  Hi, since switching to the new editor i noticed that a ‘post updated’ horizontal yellow notification bar would appear everytime i updated a post. and if i continue editing i have to scroll up and “X” out that notification because it is covering the top text formatting toolbar. not a serious problem, but i probably end up doing this 100+ times a day. Any suggestions or workarounds appreciated!

  Hi there,

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software, and this is an issue that needs to be fixed in that software.

  We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums, but it looks like this has already been reported to the team there in https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/12127, so you can follow along there for progress on this issue.
