Post Visibility

    Have just created a new post scheduled to run in a few weeks, so want to make it private for now, rather than Public or Password Protected. The middle button to make it Private has suddenly stopped working, can anyone advise to to fix this. It was fine earlier today. For now I’ve had to save it as a draft which is not ideal.

    Hi there – Are you wanting for the post to publish in a couple of weeks (as scheduled) as a Private post?

    Or, are you trying to make the post Private for now, and schedule the post to publish and become Public in a couple of weeks?

    It’s a small distinction, but an important one. Once we know what your goal is for when you would like the post to publish and how, I bet we can help you get it sorted out. :)

    I’m wanting the post to remain private so I can run it in a week or two.

    I’ve never had this problem before and I’ve written over 600 posts. I can click the Private option but nothing happens it just remains public, so it’s sitting there as a draft right now.

    First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

    If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

    If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

    Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
