Post vs Pages

    Hello I originally created a page and published it however I when I shared my url with my friends they were unable to access the page, there was no way to navigate off the main page. What I ended up doing was deleting the page and publishing it as a post, which appeared on my main page above the previous post. Could you advise how one could navigate to a page. Because thst is originally what I wanTed.
