Post without users

  I d like to build a site where users (without registering) can post stories. Those stories should appear in the front page where other users can vote and give a ranking. I also want to give users the chance to order these stories with different criteria (votes, date, etc.). ¿How can i do it with WordPress?

  P2 Theme allows you to let other WordPress.com users post without registering.
  If that’s not what you want to use, you may want to add a contact form where people can submit stories.

  Ordering posts based on the rating score is not available, but there is a widget called Top Rated.
