    You left out a step in getting the badge on the blog, IMHO. Nowhere (not in the written instructions or the video) does it CLEARLY tell people how to get the page into the image widget. WP has a tendency to assume what people know. That intermediate step (which I just happened to figure out) of copying the badge code into the image field needs to be clearer. The video explains a different set of circumstances. If WP wants people to join the effort, hold our hand a little. Just sayin…

    You can add the badge using a Text Widget. Please see http://support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/ for information on adding it to your blog.

    Once you add the Text Widget to your sidebar in your Widgets panel, you will want to paste the widget code in the text field and hit “Save”.
