Can you explain a bit more about what you’re having trouble with when you try to add a new post? Are you receiving an error message of some sort? You should be able to add new posts by clicking “Add New” under the Posts tab here:

NOT able. BECAUSE OF THE PROBLEM CAN NOT EVEN MAKE THE MODIFICATION WOULD YOU ME INDICATED. NO OTHER WAY TO DO THIS?
