  Hello,
  I was trying to upgrade my blog for a custom domain name, but I’m facing a problem.
  For some reason ,It is not accepting the 4-digit postal code of the city, Tyre

  I was wondering what could be the problem.

  Hi @ibuku

  You mean the city Tyre in Lebanon, right? We have had some other people report issues with Lebanon postal codes, so it may be on our end. I have heard that there are two postal code formats there: 4-digit and 8-digit. If you know your 8-digit code, you could try putting that in instead (with a space after the first four, I think).

  If that doesn’t work, please let me know which plan you would like to purchase for your site and I will send you an email with a direct purchase link. That doesn’t use the WordPress.com checkout form, so it might not have the same issue.
