  Hello. I am an American who is currently taking a gap year Brazil. I am trying to finalize the creation of my blog on the ‘privacy protection’ screen and ‘continue to checkout’, but the page keeps telling me ‘make sure this is a valid postal code’ but I am 100% sure that the postal code that I provided is correct. I am not sure what to do from here because i cannot advance to the payment screen. Thank You.

  Hi @rioparado1936,

  What format are you using to enter the postal code? According to these previous forum posts and here:

  Brazilian postal codes need to have a – (dash) after the 5th character.

  Try this format: 00000-000
