  Hi –

  Sometimes trying a combination of spaces-no spaces, and capital-lowercase letters will do the trick. Let me know if you’re still having trouble with this.

  Sometimes using a combination of space-no space, and uppercase-lowercase letters will do the trick. Please give that a try and report back.
