  Hi abhishekshahji – Please be careful in how you phrase questions like this. For example, a post code could be sensitive information that we wouldn’t want a user to share in the public support forums.

  Typically, trying a combination of spaces-no spaces, and uppercase-lowercase letters will resolve this. If not, clearing the browser cache or trying a different browser. I’d also ask if there’s any error message displayed. Thanks for helping out.
