  Hi, I am about to purchase a domain here but at a checkout page I am getting ‘invalid postal code’ message. But my postal code is right. I am trying to type 78961, which is my postal code. What should I do to complete my order?

  Hi there,

  Just to confirm, this is on the checkout page, not the domain contact info page? What country did you select on the checkout page? It could be that the post code format does not match the format we have for that country.
