  when ever I try to add postal code they are in valid please if you can help it can bi better

  Hey staff-doublebassd, there’s been a significant uptick in the last couple of days in the number of users posting to the forums requesting their postal code. What has changed?

  Hey @justjennifer,

  We’re actually still looking into it ourselves. I’ve counted 30+ inquiries in the last 24 hours or so. I asked around myself and still don’t know what changed. It is quite strange. As @kokkieh pointed out, the only time we ask for a postal code is during domain registration, and on the checkout page for billing purposes, but not one of these inquiries referenced trying to purchase a domain.

  I’ll continue to ask around internally and let you know once we figure it out.
