Postal code not accepted on registration

  I am registering my website as a personal account and signing up my domain contact information. I have already paid for the site but now when it asks for my postal address, it will not accept that I do not have a post code. If I try to enter one, it says it is not valid, and it will not let me get passed the page to finish registering. I live in Ireland where recently we were given post codes but even these don’t work. Any ideas?

  Hi,

  Could you please check you don’t have any blank spaces in front of or after your postcode, and try again?

  If it still doesn’t work, please let me know.

  No, there were no spaces. I’ve tried a few.

  Hi, I have the same problem, Please help, I already have a domain, but want to add another domain, it does not accept the postal code on checkout.
