Postal code on trying to upgrade to premium
-
Trying to upgrade to premium but does not like any format for postal code I put in. I have tried;
RG40 2NS
rg40 2ns
RG402NSbut does not accept any so I cannot upgrade? Is there a technical fault or am I doing something wrong

Does this help?
Could you please make sure there are no blank spaces either in front of or after the postcode and try again? Let me know how it goes, thanks!

The “Postal Code” field does not seem to be in a valid United Kingdom format.
I have done as you said and there were no blank spaces. The message above came up every time

Hi there!
It looks like you were able to purchase your upgrade after all, so let me know if there’s anything else I can do to assist.

I was only able to do this by going the premium$99 route which was disappointing as I have to then buy an email address elsewhere. I thought with $99 I might get a free email at least! However I needed it for some print work I had to get done urgently so didn’t have much choice. Thank you for contacting me anyhow. I wish it had been earlier so I would not have had to buy the premium solution.
Cheers

You can get a free email as long as you have a free email host. WP.com does not have mail servers.
