Postal code required in activation

We are trying to activate a new account. Before we can proceed to checkout a postal code is requested. We are in Trinidad and Tobago and there are no postal codes here. With nothing to enter, or 11111, we are not allowed to proceed.

Our system requires a 6-digit postal code, as indicated in the proposed Trinidad and Tobago postal code system:

I know that system hasn’t been implemented yet, but our registrar still requires a code to be entered. Any 6-digit code should work at this stage.
