Postcode error

  Hi there,

  In order to promote our association located in Gabon, we would like to buy a premium offer.
  During the validation of the order, an adress is needed. Unfortunately it appears that the post code is not recognized.
  Postcodes in Gabon are made up of 3 digits (for example Franceville is 769). We tried several combination (GA769, 00769 and so on…) but always end up with the same answer :”Assurez vous que ce champ est valide” (=make sure this field is valid).

  Hi savegabonsprimates,

  Sorry to hear you are having trouble with this. It looks like we accept Gabon postcodes in the following format: XX XX.

  A total of 4 letters and/or numbers with a space in the middle. Can you try checking the postcode on http://www.geopostcodes.com/ and entering the information found there?

  Come back to me if that doesn’t work.

  It looks like no postcode can be found (see : ). It must be said that the country does not really use postal codes… This is embarassing.

  Hi there,

  Please try your address’s equivalent of this line from the geopostcodes link instead:

  05 TCHIBANGA 01

  Make sure the word is in ALL CAPS
