Postcode not recognised

    I am registering an account and my post code is not recognised so cant move to the next page?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    I’ve seen several other forum posts with a similar question.

    Based on the responses to those other posts, I would suggest trying a combination of adding/taking away a space between the two codes (XXX XXXX / XXXXXXX) or if it contains letters, using lowercase. Trying in a different browser may also help. I’ve noticed that most people who have trouble with the postal code use Safari.

    Let me know if any of those combinations work for you. :-)

    You can also tag this post with MODLOOK if those suggestions do not work for you and a Moderator/Staff member can look into the issue further.

    Managed to sort it now thank you. Not sure exactly what happened but I backed out of the page and tried again and it worked. Guessing it wasnt recognising that i’d Changed country etc and my post code wasn’t a zip code so wouldn’t accept it. Thank you for your response:)
