Post/Comment notifications by email

  We are three authors on a private blog and like to get informed by email whenever any of of us write a post/comment. Is there a way to do so?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Share a common email and you can have comments sent there. Private blogs don’t have RSS feeds, afaik, so you may be out of luck there.

  Can I set the comments to be always sent to an email? Can this email be different than the owner of the blog? (I have few blogs)
