  What are possible problems when the post is posted in a wrong category?

  well..your post ends up in a not relevant list…if you write about flowers, and add category “cars”, it is irrelevant, and very annoying for people looking for blog posts about flowers. Do too much of it (adding wrong categories, and too many, you might be dropped off the wordpress listings, as that would be considered spam).
  To rectify – go to post, remove wrong category. Save.
