Posted Movies no longer play

  I have two movies posted on my blog which no longer play. I payed the renewal for the site. Can you help?

  Both movies on your home page are playing fine through my computer.

  I’m using a Firefox 3.6.15 browser and I also can view the videos – no problem.

  • You could have a browser issue so try changing your browser settings, refreshing the page, or clearing the browser cache and cookies – instructions for specific browsers.
  • Note that when you make adjustments to your browser settings — changing privacy settings, deleting cookies or increasing security — you will need to close your window and restart the browser before those new settings become effective.
  • You could try upgrading your browser.
  • You could try using another browser.

  I am also having this problem. But it is stranger than just the videos not playing.

  If I log in for edit, then exit, even without updating the entry, the video plays fine. In fact, all the videos play fine. But if I log out, or navigate away from the page, then return, the video(s) no longer play.

  This peculiarity has been seen on multiple computers using different browsers. All the normal fixes (clear cache etc) appears to have no affect.
