  I paid for a site, I cant access it. I posted on the forum a screenshot in the forum for help, nada nothing, I even posed to you guys here, and you said. Post in the forum.
  Now I cant even find the foum post its been so bloody long

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner or admin of https://rochfordtennisdotcodotuk.wordpress.com/.

  So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to access the https://rochfordtennisdotcodotuk.wordpress.com/ dashboard.

  You will need to gain access to the WordPress.com account that owns https://rochfordtennisdotcodotuk.wordpress.com/ in order to access the dashboard.

  have you actually read any of what I am posting.

  I cant fucking access it. I posted my receipt on here ages ago because when you have a fucking problem with this poxy thing ther is no one to directly contact and I have to piss about in a forum waiting for someone to comment. Meanwhile I have paid money, asked 3 separate times about this and all you can say is. you need to gain access to it.

  Now I was going to spend more money and even employ a developer to tweak some things but why oh why would I bother when I cant even get past this.

  If you have the payment details, you should try this path:

  If that doesn’t bear fruit, you could try this:

  Why was I charged?

  …which, while set up for “mystery” charges for people who have forgotten that they had a site, but it can also help in your situation.

  I understand your frustration, but due to the private nature of information required for account recovery and the public nature of these forums, we are really limited on what we can do as far as account recovery in a public forum.
