What is the URL of the page/post you want to copy? There are several ways you can go about doing this, but I have found that copying the code while in code editor mode and posting that code into the new post works best:
While in the page editor, you click the three dots at the top right, click code editor, and then copy all of the code from the post. Then, you can post that code in either the visual or code editor of the new post, and your original content should show up. I would replace/reupload any images you have on the new page so that they are not being sourced from the old post, especially if you delete it.
