  I have uploaded some videos and I d like to change the thumbmail.
  Is it possible to add a picture as a poster frame?

  Hi there,

  Just to clarify, are you looking to upload an additional image to have as the thumbnail of your video? If so, then no that is not possible. The thumbnail has to come from within the video itself.

  If that wasn’t what you were asking could you please let me know and I’ll be happy to look in to your inquiry!

  Thanks for your help.
  I already try to use a picture from the video itself but on some videos the “thumbnail” look so bad after it s been selected from the viewer…
  I wanted to use a different file that could be shown when the video is not playing… but it seems that s it s not possible right?
  I have piece of code from a forum but I don t know what to do about it… code….
