Hello, I’m also having issues with the Posterous importer.

I’ve waited the 24hrs with no luck… and I also saw the blank white page after submitting my credentials to start the import process.

Please reset the import on my blog at wmndigital.wordpress.com and I’ll try again.

I appear to be having the same problem. I got a blank page after submitting credentials for Posterous. The import has been stuck at “Processing…” for about 20 hours now. Perhaps I need a reset to try it again? Thanks.

marcvan23, the import can take up to 24 hours to complete.

macmanx, I just started it for a second time just a few hours ago… I guess we’ll check back tomorrow morning and see if anything has changed.

We’re coming up on about 48 hours and still no luck. It’s stuck at “Processing…” Is it time for a reset and another stab at it? Thanks.

Thanks for the reset. I had the same experience though. After submitting the Posterous credentials I got a blank white page. After reloading the import page the status is stuck at “Processing….” It’s been that way for about 5 days.

just for the record, I am having exactly the same issues (using Chrome on a Mac … but presumably this is all server side so not affected by user set up??)

I see that staff-blorbo has commented on my thread as well – it seems to be a reasonably common issue.

Has anyone found a workaround?
