posterous to wordpress import

My posterous to wordpress import is not working. It just stays in the “in process” status for days until the import tool simply goes back to default as if I never tried to import.

So it’s been 23.5 hrs since I tried it again and I still get: “We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”
Maybe I am doing something wrong? Should I not be logged into my posterous site? Should I log out of WordPress while it is importing?

Hm, I don’t see anything on this end that would stop the import, and the site seems fine itself.
Maybe try disabling the custom domain on the Posterous site first, so it appears as achamy.posterous.com?

So after 2 days, it still says:
“Processing…
We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”I’m at a loss!

Ok, at this point I recommend contacting Posterous.
I really don’t see anything that would prevent the import on this end, so there may be something blocking it on their end.
