postie plugin…why no option on my dashboard

  I have an Infusionsoft application and I am following an archived webinar that requires a postie plugin. I can see in the webinar that the place to go to do that is below ‘Appearance’ on my WordPress dashboard. I however, do not have that option…why not?

  Plugins aren’t allowed here at WordPress.com for security reasons.

  They are a feature of self-hosted WordPress blogs that are running the free software available at http://WordPress.org .

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
