How do I allow visitors to post? Must they be a WordPress User? I found a few who have posted…but when I try to approve, it still does not show up in the blog.

I have a blog faith based blog simply for the purposes of allowing visitors to post comments and hold discussions. Yet, all I can see is my posting.

    Please help… Kev

To be able to post new items on your blog users will have to be registered and added to your blog. There’s no way to allow guests to post anything except comments.

They can sign up just for a user name (without a blog) and then you can add them from there.

    Does this help?

And if all you’re after is the ability to let anyone post comments, go to Settings>Discussion and uncheck the options under Before a comment appears.

If you want anyone reading to be able to post without pre-approval, you’re probably looking for a wiki, not a blog. Try mediawiki or wikispaces.
