  Hi there,

  To Publish a new post there are several ways.

  The easiest way is with the New Post button on the right side of the toolbar (it appears at the top of your screen when you’re logged in to WordPress.com).

  Add your title, description images and you are done!
  Wordpress.com has a wonderful detailed tutorial for publishing a post
