  I am trying to upload my first blog, but I do not know how to use the read more button..

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi godinthesmog,

  You can just start typing text using the visual option enabled. See the following Screenshot for further explanation.

  Hi,
  Once you are in your WordPress blog:
  In case you are in visual mode
  * Locate your cursor at the end of the part your want to be displayed before the “read more” button will appear.
  * You can see your icons in the upper part of your screen, click the upper right icon called “insert read more tag. Once you clicked it you will see a spaced lined line – – – More – – – below the area you previously selected. And there you go! you have inserted the read more tag!
  If you are not in visual mode:
  * You just have to locate your cursor at the end of the paragraph you want to be displayed.
  *Go to the upper tag called “more” and you will see the spaced lined line – – – More – –

  To see the results, click on publish (the red button in the upper right part of your screen)
  Click refresh and you will be able to see your page now with the “read more” button/tag. Here the link to a useful video showing the steps I mentioned above Video about Inserting “read more” tag
